Please give him some recognition and a raise or let him teach a class on how to work with people during the whole process of buying a home.
I also apprecitated him coming to meet me at Thomas's Law firm since most communication was by email.
It was smooth and I never felt stressed out about any of it. Maybe a bit about the interest rate.(:
I also appreciate the information on him keeping up with my loan and the interest I pay.

Funny how many people asked me "isn't your hand hurting from signing so many papers?' No I said, most was by e-signature and hardly any at closing. I think they were disappointed with my answer. (:
