5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Mark Smith by Candice L - Mark & his lending team were very patient and helpful to me. During my very first home buying process, there were so many things that could have been confusing. But they have been super awesome and so understanding, and very informative, that it helped me to understand exactly what we were doing. And how I was progressing, you guys are the best!!!
Thank you so very, very much.

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Mark Smith by Maureen K - Mark Smith was oustanding in his work ethic. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me since this is my first home purchase.
Please give him some recognition and a raise or let him teach a class on how to work with people during the whole process of buying a home.
I also apprecitated him coming to meet me at Thomas's Law firm since most communication was by email.
It was smooth and I never felt stressed out about any of it. Maybe a bit about the interest rate.(:
I also appreciate the information on him keeping up with my loan and the interest I pay.

Funny how many people asked me "isn't your hand hurting from signing so many papers?' No I said, most was by e-signature and hardly any at closing. I think they were disappointed with my answer. (:

Keep up the good work!!!

Have a Blessed Day, be safe, stay helhty,
Sincerely, Maureen Kovach
