Last night's True North REI Meetup was one we'll never forget. ❤️

Jordan and I are overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible turnout, but even more so for the friendships and relationships that have been built over the years.
This group became so much more than a real estate meetup. We've watched people buy their first investment property, close their first deal, overcome challenges, encourage and help one another, learn together, share ideas and build friendships. That is something truly special.

One of the biggest takeaways from last night was hearing so many people say they didn't want the meetups to end. Neither do we!
So instead of saying goodbye, our plan is to host a large True North REI Meetup once each quarter, and we'd love to see members continue organizing informal monthly meetups through this Facebook group to keep the connections and momentum going.

Thank you for every text, phone call, hug, and kind word. This community holds a special place in our hearts. The greatest thing that came out of these meetups wasn't the deals, it was the friendships. ❤️

It's hard to believe it's been several months since our last True North REI Meetup! Life has been incredibly busy, and during that time, we've made the exciting decision to relocate to the South Carolina coast.
Before we begin this next chapter, Jordan and I would love to get everyone together one last time for a True North REI Farewell Meetup.
When we started this group a few years ago, we simply wanted to bring local real estate investors together to learn, network, and help one another grow. We never imagined the friendships, partnerships, and sense of community that would come from it. We are incredibly grateful to every person who has attended a meetup, shared their knowledge, asked questions, or supported the group along the way.
Before we begin this next chapter, we'd love the opportunity to say thank you in person and spend one last evening with this amazing community.
Although we're relocating to the coast, we're not leaving South Carolina. We will continue investing throughout the state and are excited to keep growing our real estate businesses. Through True North Housing Solutions, we're helping investors with manufactured home opportunities and land-home packages across South Carolina. If you've ever been curious about mobile home investing, we'd love to talk with you and share what we're building.

🎉 What an Incredible Night at True North REI Group!!
The first meetup of 2026 was a huge success with 25+ investors in attendance, and the energy in the room was amazing.
A big thank-you to Jason Elkins for generously sharing his knowledge on private lending and capital protection. Jason didn’t just present, he took the time to answer questions, dive deep, and make the conversation practical and real.
We also loved opening it up for an investor Q&A afterward, where everyone had a chance to ask real-world questions and learn from each other. That kind of collaboration and openness is exactly what True North REI Group is all about.
Grateful for this community of investors who show up ready to learn, connect, and grow together. 🚀
