Scam Alert!!

An active scam is targeting individual with calls from fraudsters impersonating financial institutions and claiming there is suspicious activity on a debit card or account.

Their goal is to trick individuals into sharing their card information and a one-time passcode (OTP), to give the scammer access to their card information.

We’ve recently heard of scammers calling and pretending to be Bank of Commerce employees. 🚨

Please remember: Bank of Commerce will NEVER call you and ask for your online banking username, password, or account information.

If someone calls claiming to be from the bank and asks for sensitive information, hang up and contact your local Bank of Commerce branch directly using a trusted phone number. 📞

Protect your information. If something doesn’t feel right, it’s always okay to stop and verify.
