We’ve recently heard of scammers calling and pretending to be Bank of Commerce employees. 🚨

Please remember: Bank of Commerce will NEVER call you and ask for your online banking username, password, or account information.

If someone calls claiming to be from the bank and asks for sensitive information, hang up and contact your local Bank of Commerce branch directly using a trusted phone number. 📞

⚠️ When in doubt, hang up!
Protect your information. If something doesn’t feel right, it’s always okay to stop and verify.

If you receive a text message from our Bank of Commerce Fraud Center asking you to verify a debit card transaction, please respond as soon as possible.

✅ Reply YES if you made the purchase.
❌ Reply NO if you did not make the purchase.

Why is this important?
If you do not respond to the fraud alert, your debit card may be temporarily restricted to help protect your account from potential fraud. This means your card could decline until the transaction is verified.

These text alerts are one of the fastest ways to keep your account secure while minimizing interruptions to your banking.
