This was a Full-Doc Conventional Loan for a self-employed borrower, and we were able to qualify using only 1 year of tax returns. By using the most recent year instead of averaging 2 years, we helped maximize the borrower’s qualifying income and make the approval stronger.

I had the opportunity to travel to Florida and celebrate this beautiful closing with Israt Ahmed , Realtor. Always a great feeling to stand beside our clients and partners on a day that means so much.

This one was done through our Non-QM Business Bank Statement Program with just 10% down and no tax returns needed. The borrower didn’t have traditional tax returns available, so we worked with their business bank statements and found the right solution to make it happen.
