If you are a Baltimore RE Investor you are aware of the DSCR Fraud issue from earlier this summer. Now we have more insight into what is actually going on 🧐😕🤯....

The entire City has been hurt by this nonsense, as some of our BEST lending partners have pulled completely out of the Baltimore RE Market.
