Today we’re celebrating Vanessa, who accomplished an incredible goal by purchasing a home… all by herself! 🏡🎉
Why is that a big deal? I’ve been in the mortgage industry long enough to remember when women couldn’t qualify for a home on their own. They often didn’t have any income or not enough income, established credit in their own name, or the opportunity to make this dream a reality. Yes, I’ve been in the mortgage industry that long! 😳
Thankfully, times have changed.
Every woman who accomplishes this milestone reminds me just how far we’ve come. Homeownership isn’t just about owning a house. It’s about independence, security, confidence, and creating a future.
