This is great news for people who will struggle through Coronavirus shutdowns. Your credit will Not be devastated by missed mortgage payments. There is nothing said about waiving late fees but either way this is a huge relief.

Mortgage rates are not 0%!!!! But, if you have considered refinancing and haven't done it get started and be ready. Rates should drop for a day here and there over the next few weeks. Again, NOT to zero percent!
