We are looking for a capable energetic and upbeat full time office professional to fill the position of Operations Manager. This individuals primary job duties will include; Managing the support staff, and working directly with the president of the company to ensure a high quality, level of service, is provided to our clients every time! Work closely with staff to ensure that the sales process is followed and completed as we work with new incoming clients. Work directly with clients in the opening of new accounts and moving money from their old accounts into their new accounts. This position will also assist clients with any service needs on their existing accounts. Managing other members of our staff to make sure that the process is running smoothly and all our resources are being utilized. It is critical that the person in this position work closely with the other members of our staff. This position will report directly to the president of the company.
Must be computer proficient and familiar with MS Office Applications and Windows.
To be the right candidate for this position you must be a detail oriented, self starter, multitasking guru. If you have to be told each day what needs to be done, your not the right fit. But if you have the ability to identify what needs to be done, and work with team members to ensure that those tasks are done, you are the person we are looking for!

• Data Entry

• Client Account Establishment / follow-up
• Process transfers from one account to clients new account
• Constant Client Communication throughout our process
• Managing CEO's Calendar
• Updating client records in company CRM
• Misc Office tasks

• Leadership / Management Experience
