2024 was a record breaking year for the Linda Dearing Team! Linda Dearing was the top producing loan officer for both volume and units in the entire country! Our branch was #3 in the company in both units and volume in the entire country! And congrats to our Underwriter, Julie House, who started with us mid-year and was #10 in production for Underwriters! Special shoutout to our stellar processing team, Basia Nosal and Raquel Bennett. And, most importantly, special thank you to Katie Scheufler, our Branch Coordinating Manager, who's dedication goes above and beyond every day to ensure our success and allows so many buyers to become homeowners.
