📣 Let me share a story, because I know it sounds tough out there. Just a few months ago, some clients were in the same boat, feeling overwhelmed by high interest rates.

‼️Here’s how they managed to turn things around:

✅ They took advantage of a Government Program, securing an FHA loan with a lower interest rate and down payment requirement.

✅ Down Payment Assistance programs could have provided a grant to help with their down payment and closing costs……But, they decided on another route.

✅ The excellent real estate agents we work with negotiated seller concessions to buy their rate down below market (with NONE of their own money). This saved 100’s per month!!! 💰

✅ To further ease the financial burden, they decided to try “House Hacking”. They bought a multi-unit property, lived in one unit, and rented out the other. The rental income helped cover their mortgage payment.
