The housing market has seen many changes... in 2020 we had the quickest recession ever (3 months) and home buyers who purchased were handsomely rewarded with a 30% increase in home value. Going into 2021 and early 2022 was an Insane Seller's Market Frenzy that about exhausted every buyer and shocked their wallets. Now, in a matter of 4 months, we have shifted into Buyer's Market and the shock of Seller's who "missed the boat."
