For anyone that is 1099/self employed filing taxes this year.

Where should you put your expenses on your taxes this year so you can still qualify to buy a home in 2024? 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

• 🤑 Depreciation- anything you depreciate through your business we can add back to your qualifying income. This can be a huge way to decrease your taxable income but still qualify for a regular mortgage.

• 🚗 Mileage- So many times, I see mileage not being used. Add your mileage up and put that on your taxes! We can add those back to your qualifying income up to $.67 cents per mile for 2024!!

• 👀 Depletion- Any items depleted through the business can also be added back to qualifying income.

When you go to file your taxes this year, use these 3 categories to lower your taxable income! This way you can give less to Uncle Sam and still buy a home! 🏡🏡
