Jeff has always had a passion for finance & real estate and began educating himself on both subjects at an early age. It is no surprise that he has had a thriving career as a mortgage professional since 2012. At age 18, Jeff began his mortgage career on the operations side of the mortgage business, which subsequently gave him the skills to truly understand the complete loan process from start to finish. Baker has held numerous roles within the mortgage field including processing assistant, processor I, processor II, loan officer assistant, and junior loan officer. This invaluable internal operations knowledge and experience is the "secret sauce" behind Jeff’s keen ability to ensure smooth on-time closings and a mortgage experience that is second to none. After helping fund more than half a billion dollars worth of residential mortgage loans on the operations side of the business, Jeff discovered that his true passion is having in-depth consultations & discussions with clients and business partners. Since Jeff has moved to the origination side of the mortgage industry he could not be happier. His Arizona roots have given him a strong connection with the community and have allowed him the opportunity to work and get to know a lot of amazing people. On a personal level, Jeff enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, going to the gym, hiking, motorcycles, snowboarding, skateboarding, and shooting fi****ms in his spare time.
