Choosing the right partner for your ET program matters just as much as choosing the right recipient!

🚫 Myth: Any female can serve as a surrogate.

✅ Fact: Recipients must be carefully selected-reproductively sound, in good body condition, cycling normally, & precisely synchronized with the donor's cycle.

Meet our Cooperator Committee Chair, Dr. Aaron Prososki! 🌟

Dr. Prososki of Sunshine Genetics Embryo Transfer Service has chaired AETA’s Cooperator Committee since 2023 and received the AETA President’s Award 🏆 in 2025!

Raised by 2 veterinarian parents, Dr. Prososki was immersed in the profession from a young age—watching his father, Dr. John Prososki, practice embryo transfer in its early days sparked his own path into the field.

Within AETA, the Cooperator Committee works to promote U.S. genetics and advanced reproductive technology in the international marketplace. As chair, Dr. Prososki plays a key role in this mission—determining which countries to target and when, securing funding and managing reimbursement, and coordinating projects with in-country industry representatives.

His leadership helps open doors for U.S. genetics on the global stage! 🌐

Want to know more about Dr. Prososki and the work behind the Cooperator Committee 🤔? Stay tuned for his "5 Questions With..." feature in the August issue of A Closer Look—free to read for everyone 🤩!
