BUT ARE YOU ACTUALLY COVERED?

Pennsylvania’s state-minimum auto liability limits are:

• $15,000 bodily injury per person
• $30,000 bodily injury per accident
• $5,000 property damage

Yes, those limits make you legal—but think about the cost of today’s vehicles. If you cause an accident and total a $40,000 vehicle, that $5,000 limit could disappear very quickly. Once your insurance limit is exhausted, the remaining damages may become your responsibility.
