While our court policies and jail procedures have been changing more an more in St.Bernard parish. Offten the need for a Bail Bond Agency or Bondsman is still needed. It's been long over due that a service is offered that provides a little help in the right direction in choosing the right BAIL BONSDMAN. operating that way brings
is a red flag for any potential
or existing customer to be
concerned with.
5) Any time funds are needed
For Bail fee's. Simply use the
pawn shop for what there in
business for. They want your
payment and your business.
Not your property. Using a
pawn shop, if that's the rout
your concidering. Asures you,
you will get your property back
once you and the pawn shops
agreement has been for filled.
All the Bondsman has is the
fee's you were charged in the
first place. No harassment '
of being thrown back into jail
or the agreement changing all
of a sudden.
6) Once the Bondsman has posted
a Bond with the jail, the
Bondsman has little control
at that point on the time frame
of release. You can trust if
told this, it's true.
