I’m a very visual person, so I wanted to share for my fellow visual friends.

Hoping it provides a little clarity of our experience in the mortgage world today! It’s a tough time in the markets right now. Interest rates are fluctuating daily, and as of late, multiples changes mid day.

Well here we are, the last day of 2025🥳Feels strange saying this as the days just seem to scream by like lightning lately! We all know how busy life is. 😊

As a working Mom, I’m so grateful to have the support I have here with both my teammates and my referral partners. Our team here at Rate, Chagrin Falls is the best…every single person. ✨ My ladies Alyssa, Dana and Barb… you three are the trifecta of greatness in the mortgage industry.

And what would I do without my awesome, super supportive referral partners? ☺️ I’m lucky to work with many that gave me the chance 12 years ago upon my move here to Ohio. Beyond thankful for their loyalty, trust and confidence in what we do! This allows me to be a Mom first, which gives me the balance to be the best Loan Officer, partner and friend.

I wish this for all of you, and I’m here with you to rock it in 2026! 🤩🥰 I have a feeling this will be another great year.
