During our calls he was patient with our questions and made sure that we understood his explanations. He also provided excellent moving forward advice last year when we were first looking for a house and we realized that we didn't feel comfortable buying a house at that time. The fact that he didn't push us as a salesperson back then to buy a house immediately and he respected our life plans and comfort zones placed him in a league above the rest of the lender reps we initially talked to. I don't know how he has the time to have the lengthy phone calls we had, but it made us feel as if we were his only client, which I'm sure is not the reality. Most lenders we were talking to before we went to David were very flakey and treated us as another sales number to add to their quota instead of people needing help navigating this big life step.

Seriously. David and his team made this process such an easy and possible endeavor for such a monumental event in our lives that I will absolutely recommend him for anyone purchasing a home in Texas.

When I say every step of the way, I really mean that. Most recently, I came to David looking for some advice on an idea that took months to develop, and then several more months to actually find the right piece of property. He took the time to give me a VERY clear understanding of what my options were, how some tinkering here or there could affect that. This helped me take a very pragmatic approach to the process which in turn helped me make all the right decisions for the best possible outcome. While sharing your financials can sometimes be stressful, David is friendly and caring, yet very professional, which helps put you at ease. After my first interaction with him, I knew that I would use him again. Now, several deals later, I can say that there is no one that I would trust more with my next idea than David Neely.
