You are able to structure a refinance where you are allowed to finance 2 months of payments. These 2 months of skipped payments give people the opportunity to build back their reserves or invest their money that would otherwise be owed in mortgage payments. 🏡💵

You can also take out 1% of the loan amount without having to do a cash out refinance which comes with a bit higher of an interest rate.
