Early on she helped me to get my financial docs in line, so when it came time to buy we had all the docs ready to go. Her streamlined approach made the loan approval and escrow closing go smoothly and quickly.

As for understanding all the loan and closing costs, she broke down all the numbers so it was clear where all the money was allocated and how and when it was expected to be paid for (out of pocket or covered by escrow). This way we weren't surprised or wondering when or how fees were going to be paid along the way (inspection fee/appraisal fees, deposit wiring).

I shopped around and found that everyone's rates were fairly comparable, but she by far had the best customer service. I highly recommend Alissa. She knows her stuff and is pretty awesome!
