📌Centerville, IA, June 8, 2026 – Iowa Trust and Savings Bank is pleased to announce that Xaviera Scott has successfully completed the Iowa Bankers Association and Iowa State University Agriculture Credit School, held from June 1 to June 5, 2026, in Ankeny, Iowa.
✅This intensive one-week, two-year program, sponsored by the Iowa Bankers Association and Iowa State University, offers a rigorous educational experience alongside valuable peer networking opportunity. The primary objective of the IBA Agriculture Credit School is to equip agriculture bankers with the knowledge needed to enhance their expertise in agriculture credit, particularly for those who may not have previously received formal training in this area. By fostering a deeper understanding of the agriculture industry and the intricacies of agriculture credit, the program enables participants to effectively address the credit needs of their clients and positively impact their local communities.
✅Xaviera began her banking career with Iowa Trust in October 2014 and has previously held positions as Loan Officer and Assistant Vice President of Lending. Her responsibilities at the bank have included consumer, Ag, and real estate mortgage lending. A graduate of the American Institute of Business, Xaviera holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She also completed the Iowa Bankers Consumer Lending School in March 2019, and the Iowa School of Banking held June 11-16, 2023. Xaviera resides in Moravia with her husband, Cameron Scott, and their two daughters, Baylor and Mayer.
