As I am going through some of my own receipts for my business, I know there was a time or two, when I couldn't remember what a receipt was for. If you never want to feel like the picture below, here are a few tips! First if you're doing your own and hate doing them, fine a bookkeeper that loves what they do! Trust me, you will know when you have found the right person!! Then, when you get those receipts that have no detail on them, shoot your awesome bookkeeper a quick email or even a text as to what was purchased and they will take care of the rest!! How easy can that be? No more faces to the bookkeeper or driving yourself crazy trying to remember what your purchased.

As I am away for business, it's important I make sure that I keep my receipts. It's important for any business owner to make sure that all receipts are kept and entered correctly. If you do your own bookkeeping, make sure that you are getting all your expenses in correctly. If you're not a bookkeeper and dislike doing your books, then it would be beneficial to hire someone to do your books for you.
