We thank our Creator for his perfect timing and for the divine appointment with Denise Baker.

I could go on and on about all of the wonderful attributes this woman posesses but most importantly she related to our situation and treated us like family in spite of the more common inhumane business practices most people adopt.

I cannot express enough how much of a blessing she was and still is to us.

She went above and beyond what her job title is to work with us and to help us secure a loan for a home to raise our family and to carry out our life's mission.

This woman deserves a promotion and some honorary recognition for her exceptional professionalism and genuine care and empathy for other human beings

We attempted the same thing with several different lenders for years and Denise made it happen for us!
