When I inevitably had a million questions (as this was my first home purchase), he answered them thoroughly and quickly, even when I reached out to him outside of office hours. He worked hard to get me to a place where my payments were as close to what I wanted as possible, and he spent considerable time looking for down payment assistance programs that I qualified for. He never misled me or was wishy-washy in an explanation, even when it wasn't something I wanted to hear. In addition to being knowledgeable and proactive, he is also very affable, which made the entire process that much better.
