One part of my business, in addition to the many off marketplace plans, Medicare, Group Benefits and life insurance I offer, is assisting clients with the Health Insurance Marketplace.
I have been a licensed agent for 12 years and helped clients navigate the changes as they come.

Let's talk about Health Insurance options...There are many options available and some brokers have one carrier they sell. There are many factors that go into the right plan for you. Some of these I consider when shopping plans:
1) Income - as a transparent agent, if your income allows you to qualify for tax credits, I will ALWAYS tell you versus just quoting something that is easier or benefits the agent more
2) I collect information on the front end that includes your medications and health history so that I may "pre" underwrite off marketplace plans to see if they are a fit and to ensure medication coverage for any brand names you take to the best of my ability.
3) I will always disclose the pros and cons and what is covered vs not covered on all plans we discuss. Example- some plans don't cover mental health and some plans only cover generic. There are also still some plans that don't cover pre-existing conditions.
That is my commitment to you. I don't sling "mud" quotes...it may take me a little time to research, but you will also never hear my clients saying they didn't have the information up front.
