Did you know that many medical offices or hospitals will offer pay in full discounts? They don’t advertise that. I know this bill was rather small, but we’ve had much higher ones and we have received anywhere from 5-40% off different bills just by talking to a live agent and asking for a pay in full discount!

When we had Christian Healthcare Ministries in the past, many places also offered pretty significant self-pay discounts. It’s worth asking!

One of my goals is a happier home this year…To make our house more like a home. I was actually quite surprised at some of the suggestions that my kids gave. I personally was thinking about physical things that made our living room and other rooms feel more like home. One of my kids shared she wanted to have more friends over to fellowship with meals with! So that’s one of the goals we are working on!

I was blessed to teach about 100 students today at Coldwater High School in Mr. Klenke and Mrs. Rammel’s 5 financial literacy classes. The students learned about the 5 Baby Steps for Teens and were introduced to the 7 Baby Steps for adults. They also learned how implementing these steps now could greatly change their financial future!
