π - Thank you for continuing to remember me. Early in 2026 I posted that for me 2026 has been a personal test of sorts. At that time I asked you to keep me in your prayers and in your positive meditations because I could really use them. I later posted an update that I had underwent a successful surgical procedure and that I was recovering in those weeks after the surgery. And then I informed you that I had an important court proceeding in the days after the surgery. At that at that time I was believing for a judicial outcome that was clearly in my favor. I asked that you join me in manifesting the same.
π’ - QUICK UPDATE: I am proud to report that I am 99% mended β€οΈβπ©Ή. As of this posting, I am able to lift 10 lbs or more and I am reminded of my medical issue only after significant heavy lifting.
β - Up to this point I have not shared the medical procedure that I had with you but as my audience I want you to know. I encountered an A**l Fistula, which is an infection in the re**al and a**l area where instead of the infection working it's way outward, the infection works it's way inward by tunneling through the a**l and re**al muscle.
π€ - It was super painful and the recovery from the surgery was even worse. It hurt! However, I am grateful for Dr. Paul Brock Jr in Rome, GA for his medical attention.
βοΈ - In early May 2026, I did receive a ruling by Superior Court Judge, the Honorable Andrew Roper, that was encouraging for me but that at the time was too complicated to explain in this forum.
β - Up to this point I have not shared the matter before the courts with you but as my audience I want you to know. On November 14th, 2023 I was falsely accused of 2 charges by a person who at the time was my spouse:
β’ Misdemeanor Terroristic Threats
β’ Misdemeanor Simple Assault - Family Violence
I was also jailed for those false charges
The Marital Divorce Decree from my ex-wife, the accuser, became final March 12th, 2024 (about 5 months after the false charges)
From November 14th, 2023, through December 31st 2026, I remain on State of Georgia Insurance Commissioner "Probation" where I am required to report to their Compliance Department the status of these charges monthly. I have faithfully complied with this requirement.
π - April 30th, 2026, the Honorable Judge Andrew Roper accepted a Motion from the District Attorney's Office to Dead Docket my charges, dismissing both charges entirely, so long as I meet the condition that between April 30th, 2026 and December 31st 2026 I have no new charges before his court and no contact with the "victim".
All in all, as of this posting, my matter before the court remains in a holding pattern until the end of 2026 but the end is now at least in sight. I am grateful to RIchard "Rick" Lundy in Cedartown, GA for his fierce legal guidance.
π - For the record: I hold no animosity towards the accuser.
I asked of her to forgive me for the wrongs I inflicted upon her.
I have forgiven her for the wrongs she inflicted upon me.
I'll just be glad when I can stop reporting this matter to the State of GA because it just reminds me of the pain associated with this unfortunate event, month after month after month.
