🙏 - Thank you for continuing to remember me. A short time ago I posted that for me 2026 has been a personal test of sorts. At that time I asked you to keep me in your prayers and in your positive meditations because I could really use them. I later posted an update that I had underwent a successful surgical procedure and that I was recovering in those weeks after the surgery. And then I informed you that I had an important court proceeding in the days after the surgery. At that at that time I was believing for a judicial outcome that was clearly in my favor. I asked that you join me in manifesting the same.
📢 - QUICK UPDATE: I am proud to report that I continue to be on the mend ❤️🩹. As of this posting, I am back at about 85% but I still am avoiding lifting any meaningful weight of 10 lbs or more at this time. I feel that by the next update I could be 100%. I am grateful for Dr. Paul Brock Jr in Rome, GA for his medical attention.
⚖️ - In mid May 2026, I did receive a ruling by Superior Court Judge, the Honorable Andrew Roper, that is encouraging for me but is too complicated to explain in this forum.
All in all, as of this posting, my matter before the court remains in a holding pattern until the end of 2026. November 14th 2026 will mark 3 years that this matter has been before the court. I continue to remain optimistic for a favorable ruling, up to and including a full dismissal of all pending matters, even if it takes 3+ years to receive it.

I'll keep you updated as I know more and I am grateful for the positive vibes you have sent / are sending my way. For now, as it was a short time ago, I ask that you continue to keep me in your prayers and positive meditations because I could use them right now.
