Medicare options are unique to the individual’s zip code. Each year, and sometimes more frequently, carrier offerings change, and the costs increase. Because of this truth, it is critical to maintain a timely knowledge of all products available in that customer’s zip code. Coverage and costs of medications, also different with each carrier, is one of the big factors in a choosing the best individu
al coverage. My brand of customer service is based on active listening. Engaging in conversation to carefully understand and assess customer’s health needs and budget hopes. Providing accurate and complete customer service involves being certified with all the major Medicare carriers, giving customers viable options. The certification process is exhausting, specific to each carrier. Complete product knowledge is critical to facilitate the best results for the customer. Meeting and exceeding expectations during the enrollment process is only the beginning.
