A little less business as usual. A little more One Team. 💙

This year’s All Employee Summit brought team members from across the organization together for a day of conversation, connection, and a change of pace from the everyday.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Mark Ironside as our guest speaker, who brought plenty of humor while sharing his perspective on leadership and teamwork.

We also heard from our CEO, Jason MacDonald, and team members across the organization about what we’ve been working on and what’s ahead for Collins. Of course, we made time for a little fun, too, with games, plenty of laughs, and a chance to catch up with colleagues.

And we’d be remiss not to mention lunch! A big thank-you to Casa Las Glorias for a fantastic meal!

Not a bad way to spend a workday, if you ask us. 💙

Looking for some family-friendly Halloween fun? 🎃 Grab your costumes and enjoy a festive walk along the Halloween Trail at Liberty Centre Pond in North Liberty this Thursday and Friday (see post below for more info).

Collins Community Credit Union is honored to support community events that bring families together and make our neighborhoods stronger!

Ghosts, goblins, and goodies galore — find them all on the Halloween Trail around Liberty Centre Pond. The loop will be decorated and filled with photo opportunities. Costumes, as always, are encouraged.

Our CCCU team was proud to once again participate in the Especially for You Race Against Breast Cancer. Thank you to everyone who walked, ran, volunteered, cheered, and supported this meaningful event.

We're grateful to be part of a community that continues to come together in support of survivors, loved ones, and those still fighting.
