Originally from Cuba, Gherlen Moreno Novo is bilingual in Spanish and English and brings a genuine passion for helping others to our team.
What Gherlen enjoys most about working in insurance is the opportunity to help people protect what matters most—their families, homes, vehicles, and financial futures. As a bilingual team member, she is especially passionate about serving the Hispanic community, making insurance easier to understand, and helping customers feel informed and confident about their coverage.
Gherlen’s passion for helping others comes from personal experience. “There was a time when I needed help from others, and I know what it feels like to be in that position. Being able to help someone who may be facing similar challenges is incredibly rewarding to me, both personally and professionally.”
Her goal is to provide personalized service while building lasting relationships based on trust, respect, and commitment.
Lo que mas disfruto de trabajar en la industria de los seguros es la oportunidad de poder ayudar a las personas a proteger lo que mas importa. Sus familias, sus hogares, sus vehiculos y su futuro financiero. Como miembro bilingue del equipo, me apasiona especialmente servivr a la comunidad hispan, hacienda que los seguros sean mas faciles de entender y ayudando a cada cliente a sentirse informado y Seguro sobre su cobertura.
