After packing everything up and having it in storage it is really stressful to be told last minute that a document of last year's taxes was still needed. I understand it was something that could have been noticed in advance but wasn't caught until almost closing time.

Other than that suggestion, working with Kathy and her team was wonderful. She was very easy to work with. She was very professional. We felt like she really did everything to help us through this stressful time.
