With Oktoberfest season in full swing, the University of Texas at Arlington is exploring the science behind b**r-making, from fermentation and yeast to the small details that can make a big difference in flavor.

UTA’s Brewing and Fermentation Science program is also looking ahead with plans for a new on-campus microbrewery, giving students hands-on opportunities to explore the science of brewing and fermentation.
