This wrestling season was one for the books. 🥇
I had the privilege of coaching both of my kids and watching them step onto the mat with confidence and heart has been one of the most rewarding experiences—both as a dad and as a coach.
Morristown launched its first-ever girls wrestling team this year, and Sadie jumped in with her teammates to help build something brand new. She also competed in Morristown’s inaugural girls only Jamboree—no points, no winners, just pure grit and growth. She absolutely blew me away with her focus and determination.
Carter has been wrestling for two years, but this season he took a big leap by joining the competitive squad. He entered his very first tournament and walked away with his first gold medal. The proud dad moment was real.
Coaching them both, watching them push themselves, learn, fail, succeed, and smile through it all—this season was a reminder of why I love helping people reach their goals, on and off the mat.
Here’s to hard work, big milestones, and the journey ahead!

As part of our holiday tradition, I take my kids, Carter and Sadie, to see The Nutcracker at the Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown every year. It’s such a wonderful way to celebrate the season and create lasting memories together. As we wrap up the year, I want to wish everyone a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year! This past weekend marked the final game of the season for my son, Carter’s, football team—and what a season it’s been! As head coach, it’s been an incredible experience watching these young athletes grow, work hard, and support one another on and off the field. I’m especially proud of Carter and the entire team for their dedication, sportsmanship, and heart. Coaching them has been a privilege and a joy. Grateful for the memories, the lessons, and the community that made it all possible. Here’s to the next chapter—onward and upward!

This year marks over 10 years since I began mentoring students through the Penn State Smeal College of Business. It has been one of the most rewarding and impactful experiences of my professional journey. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with dozens of talented, driven, and curious students. Watching them grow, find their direction, and step confidently into the business world has been incredibly fulfilling. I’m grateful to the Smeal community for fostering a culture where alumni and professionals can give back in meaningful ways.
