Education is a pillar of this country, and issues related to student loans occupy a significant place in the national dialogue. PMC Integrity provides support to our clients in the area of student loans. The people we talk to are those who have taken out student loans to fund their education. With online tools, live chat, and default resolution specialists, we guide student borrowers through every step of their repayment process. Our success is based on their understanding and bringing clarity to the sometimes-confusing world of student loans.
Default Resolution Specialists are responsible for providing customer service support via telephone and internet sources in order to resolve their questions using various client programs. In addition, they will perform the following activities on all client accounts assigned to PMC Integrity:
• This will be done by:
• Contacting borrowers by talking to students on web-based phone
• Recording and updating account activity including students' financial status, demographics, and conversations regarding their accounts.
• Performing various administrative functions for assigned accounts such as the recording of address changes and contact numbers.
• Attaining all Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and monthly performance goals as determined by Management.
• Adhering to all client standards and all PMCI's guidelines and policies.
• Performing other duties as required.
What Are We Looking For?
An ideal candidate for this position will have one or more of these qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• One (1) years of experience in recent call center or customer service
• Must have computer/keyboarding skills
A good candidate will also be great in one or more of the following areas:
• Great attendance
• Multi-tasking
• Problem-solving
• Self-motivation
• Verbal and written communication
• Achieving established goals and metrics
Home Office Requirements:
• Internet speed internet of 25 mbps or higher is required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net)
• Hardwired internet (ethernet) connection router, cannot connect via Wi-Fi
