CBE site leaders in the Philippines recently attended the International IT-BPM Summit 2026 at Okada Manila.

The two-day conference was designed around “Intelligence at Scale: Accelerating the PH Pivot.” Our leaders gained insight into the IT-BPM industry’s current priorities and what’s shaping its next phase of growth.

They joined conversations about enterprise transformation, the evolving role of AI and data in services, the future of human work, and the Philippines’ path toward greater regional influence across ASEAN.

The sessions also explored how organizations can help employees move from AI anxiety to AI readiness and prepare Filipino talent to work effectively with AI at scale.

We look forward to applying the valuable insights our leaders brought back to CBE.
