We are proud to recognize Billy Bryner as this month’s Teller of the Month. Billy is a Teller at our Oaklawn Banking Center, and he exemplifies what it means to Be a Bob.

From Billy’s nomination, "Billy is incredibly friendly and consistently goes above and beyond to help others in any way he can. He is always willing to take customer calls and provide support. Whenever I see him on the teller line, he always has a smile on his face and maintains a positive attitude."

Billy leads with kindness, listens with empathy, serves with pride, and shows up for both his coworkers and customers. His willingness to help others and positive attitude make a difference every day.

Congratulations to the 2025-2026 Leadership Hardin County graduates!

We are proud to celebrate Duna Todd, Customer Service Representative at our Historic Downtown Elizabethtown Banking Center, and Dustin Kiser, Banking Center Manager and Customer Service Representative at our Oaklawn Banking Center, who recently completed the Leadership Hardin County program. Over the past year, Duna and Dustin have invested their time and talents in developing their leadership skills, building relationships across our community, and gaining a deeper understanding of Hardin County. Their dedication to leadership and community involvement makes us incredibly proud.

We would also like to recognize our own Anthony Conder, who presented the Anthony Conder Leadership Award during the graduation ceremony. The award was established in honor of Anthony's decades of service, leadership, volunteerism, and dedication to Leadership Hardin County and the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce. The award is presented to a class member who best exemplifies teamwork, leadership, initiative, commitment, and volunteer service.
