Backroads Insurance will be closely monitoring weather and road conditions ahead of the anticipated snow storm this weekend. If road conditions become unsafe, our team will not travel to the office early next week, as the safety of our employees and our insureds is our top priority.

We kindly encourage everyone to stay off the roads unless travel is absolutely necessary to help keep our community safe.

Please note that our phone lines will be transferred, and we will still be available to assist with payments over the phone if we are unable to make it into the office on Monday. We also encourage you to review your policy and ensure your coverage is current and premiums are paid. Severe weather is never a good time to discover that coverage has lapsed.

The best way to reach us is by calling 870-283-5300. If we are unable to answer, please leave a voicemail, and we will return your call as soon as possible. Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.

We will make every effort to reopen the office as soon as road conditions are safe for both our staff and our insureds. Thank you for your understanding, and please stay safe.

Get ready for another fun night filled with prizes, laughs, and good company! Robin Welch -Mossy Oak Properties Selling Arkansas. Hey guys, we’re only going to do November 13 at 6 PM. We are going to cancel the 21st at this time just because it was a scheduling conflict. We will reschedule at another time later so if you want to attend November 13, please call the office number so we can prepare food and prizes and have enough seating for everyone.
