Humble bragging coming up....

We are half way through the year already! My mortgage career has taken many turns, ups, downs, and all arounds. Since I made the decision to go out on my own and join Edge Home Finance, I have not looked back and I'm extremely proud of my decision and success. In my first year (2023), I was able to help 27 families with a $8.53M loan volume. My goals for this year were 40 families and $15M loan volume.

I am proud to share that through half the year, I am surpassing my goal and on track to clobber my initial goals set... So far I have helped 24 families at a $7.7M volume (through the end of June...not including 4 closings I have the first week of July...)

I was approached by a hombuilder just over a week ago asking if I could help save this loan which was declined by their lender... I pulled up my bootstraps, conducted research, got creative, and FOUND a path for these first timehomeowners to buy their brand new house.

Congratulations to these 1st time homebuyers receiving a clear to close in only 5 business days AND scheduled to close tomorrow.

AND the builder can add another closing to June.
