Communication was elite as our situation was unique ,starting with a move from a different state with uncertantity with move date,no jobs, qualifying for the loan to eventually closing on the house. Dave made the whole process so smooth and easy While eliminating our stress and concerns. We have already recommended to 2 other family members, 1 of which also has some challenges to the mortgage process. We feel confident that Dave will give them the tremendous service that he gave us.
