Immediate hire for packers on assembly for 2nd shift. Positions are entry-level in a food warehouse that is climate-controlled environment. This position is one for those who like to get on their feet and get in with Fortune 500 company with someone to advocate for them. The ideal candidates have the stamina to stand for long periods, but only lifting 10 to 15. lbs. Position comes with two (2) paid breaks each shift. Work Monday - Friday, with weekend shifts on rare occasion. Paid on weekly basis. We are not afraid to pay overtime if you are not afraid to work overtime!

2nd shift: 3:15 pm – 12:15 am

Responsibilities:
Remove products and perform quality control check
Prepare products and materials for shipment
Load, unload, materials (approx. 10 to 20 lbs.)
Track and record units of materials handled
Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:
Experience in general labor, packing, or other related fields (Entry-Level)
Prior manufacturing experience a plus
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong work ethic
Pay period on weekly basis.

1. Valid driver's license/State Id
2. Pass criminal background check

We are excited to announce that we are forming a team to walk in the PanCAN PurpleStride Walk in Charlotte, NC on April 29th!! Pancreatic cancer survivors, families, colleagues, friends, caregivers, researchers, and supporters will take steps together at 60 PurpleStride events across the nation to honor everyone affected by the disease. This is something that is near and dear to the hearts of the Accurate/D-1 team as well as the Wall Family.

James “Jim” Wall Sr., the co-founder of Accurate Staffing and D-1 Managed Services, lost his battle with pancreatic cancer in September 2018. Our team will be walking in honor and remembrance of Jim. Those who knew Jim well often heard him say "Be Somebody". He used this phrase to encourage those he loved and cared about to be the best version of themselves and to make a positive difference.

Our team, “The Somebodys”, is determined to make a difference that Jim would be proud of. Please consider walking with us at the PurpleStride Walk on April 29th or making a donation on Jim’s behalf.
