Since 2019, Callie has truly done it all — from team setup and processing to working alongside Naomi for several years as a her loan officer assistant to now stepping into her role as a fully licensed Loan Officer in North Carolina & Virginia (with more states coming soon 👏🏼).

Her heart has always been rooted in creativity and connection — growing up loving horses and art, and now spending her free time on the family farm with her almost two-year-old son & loving husband🤍

After a season in Charleston during her husband’s medical residency, Callie brings both life experience and industry knowledge to every client she serves.

Right before you get the keys, there are a few final expenses that come into play—like lender fees, your appraisal, prepaid taxes, homeowners insurance, and even a little interest upfront. Altogether, most buyers can expect closing costs to fall around 2%–5% of the home price.

The good news? Not everything is set in stone. Some fees may be negotiable, and depending on your situation, you might even be able to have the seller contribute toward your closing costs.
