A couple of things to consider as the number of collapsed structures is increasing by the minute.

• Be mindful of things you want to remove under structures that are subject to collapse but more importantly, do not get hurt while doing so. Use your best judgement.

• As the upcoming days get to temperatures above freezing, know how to turn your water off quickly in case of busted plumbing. The more you know, the easier it will be to mitigate.

• Do not drive unless it’s important. The roads today are in the worst condition that I have seen yet. Extremely slick.

We were awarded an all-inclusive trip to Vancouver this year for being a top 20 agency in Texas for 2019. Unfortunately the trip was canceled due to COVID-19 but I’m proud of our agency and how hard my agents work all year long.
