As reported by CNBC, the S&P/Case-Shiller Index rose a “staggering” 19.1% year over year. This was the greatest year over year gain going back to 1987.

In September of 2018, we hosted an event called "Dinner and Dialogue: Stocks Stumble, Real Estate Rallies" where our CEO, Josh McWhorter, predicted this scenario before roughly 500 guests. Looking back, 8 out of 9 of those predictions have come to fruition.

We don’t make this announcement to pat ourselves on the back, because even we wonder if the scenario would have played out as it did without the pandemic. Rather, as we sit here three years later, we feel there are some major opportunities trending because of everything that has happened.

As we continue our due diligence, we hope to announce a couple of new offerings to our investors in 2022.
