Hello everyone,
I am excited to officially introduce myself as I begin this new chapter with Sanilac Insurance Agency.

Many of you may already know that I am Randy’s sister, but I would love to share a little more about myself. I have been married to my husband, Doug, for almost 27 years, and we have one daughter, Nicholle, and a beautiful granddaughter, Charlee, who is truly the center of our world.

Professionally, I have worked in healthcare for the past 31 years. I spent 28 years as a Registration Clerk in the Emergency Room at Hills & Dales/Aspire and, three years ago, earned my Medical Assistant certification. I currently work in the Oncology and Infusion center, where I have developed a deep appreciation for helping people during important and sometimes challenging seasons of life.

While I truly love my career in healthcare, I was ready for something new and exciting. When Randy approached me about taking over the agency as he begins to scale back, I was honored and thrilled. Insurance, like healthcare, is about serving people, building trust, and helping families protect what matters most. I am excited to carry forward the strong foundation that has already been built and to continue growing the agency.

I look forward to working alongside all of you, learning from you, and building a successful future together. Thank you for welcoming me into this new role.

We are excited to share some important news with you. As of January 1, 2026 we are please to announce Randy's sister Beth O'Parka has taken over the helm. Mike Squires will continue with his customers. We are committed to continuing our legacy of providing you with the high quality products and services you deserve. Randy will still be actively involved while Beth learns the ropes. Beth will also be the one answering the phone when you call. Rachel is no longer the office manager.

As we transition to new ownership, we want to assure you that our mission remains the same: to serve you with dedication and excellence. Beth shares our vision and values, and she is eager to maintain the strong relationships we have built over the years. You can expect the same friendly service and product quality you have come to rely on. We are genuinely grateful for your support and loyalty during this time of change.
