5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Cynthia Hall by Michael G - We were on the fence as to whether to buy land and build or buy a house when we looked at three houses the first weekend in August. We loved the last house we looked at and wanted to make an offer but did not even have a real estate agent. The agent who showed us the first two houses, Jayme Kayler, said she would be glad to represent us if we found other houses. When we told Jayme we were interested in it but had not gotten any type of approval for a loan yet but were wanting to get a VA loan, she immediately recommended Cynthia. She was right on target! We contacted Cynthia on that Monday, she emailed everything we would need to submit the same day, and we returned everything within two or three days. Within about one week Cynthia had us preapproved so we could make an offer on the house. The sellers countered the following day and we accepted and were officially under contract. One month later we closed and everything was "smooth as butter," as Jayme said." Cynthia and her team were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. This was our first major home purchase and it was a fabulous experience! We now affectionately refer to Cynthia as "the loan whisperer!"
