โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’› Molly Freese of Carroll County is attending Iowa State University to study Agricultural Communications and Event Management, inspired by the leadership, communication, and networking skills she developed through 12 years in 4 H. Her involvement in beef, sheep, rabbits, dogs, communication projects, and statewide leadership roles helped her grow into a confident communicator who thrives on connecting people and creating meaningful experiences. As a State 4 H Council member and National 4 H Congress delegate, Molly strengthened her passion for service and encouraged younger members to pursue opportunities beyond the county level. Reflecting on her journey, she shared, โ€œ4 H taught me that being prepared is not just about knowledgeโ€”it is about confidence, adaptability, and a willingness to grow.โ€ She plans to continue serving her community and building connections through future work in agricultural communication and event leadership.

๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ’› Olivia Greving of Carroll County will attend the University of Iowa to pursue a STEM based major in Pharmacy, building on the responsibility, communication skills, and hands on learning she developed through 12 years in 4 H. Through leadership roles as club treasurer and president, she strengthened her organization, teamwork, and public speaking abilities while mentoring younger members in project areas like dog obedience, photography, and food and nutrition. Her resilience and compassion grew through challenges in the dog project, where she transformed early setbacks into opportunities to teach, encourage, and support others. Reflecting on her journey, she shared, โ€œLeadership is not about recognition, but about showing up, working hard, and continually improving.โ€ Olivia plans to continue serving her community and applying her problem solving skills as she pursues a future career in healthcare.
