As we monitor and evaluate the impact of COVID-19 in our communities, we want to take every precaution we can to take care of our most precious assets, our teammates and our clients. As such, we are taking the following steps to do what we feel is the socially responsible thing for the safety of our teammates, our clients and our communities. It is with this mindset we have made the following decision.

The Brown & Brown Santa Barbara office remains OPEN FOR BUSINESS. The expectation is that we will still be able to operate our office, unless directed otherwise by local, state or federal authorities.

All teammates are being encouraged to work from home when practical to reduce the exposure to our office. We will continue to monitor the situation and communicate if our WFH (work from Home) policy will continue past Friday March 27. We have asked that any meeting scheduled to take place in our office during that time be cancelled.
