Join the Parks and Recreation Department at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Saturday, December 17th to visit with Santaclausilm! Children on his Nice List will get a candy cane and an ornament craft.

Additional activities include:
*Musical entertainment by Randy McQuay
*Glitter Tattoos from Events by P3
*Snow Queen and Holiday Beauty Interactive Characters by Fairytales and Dreams by the Sea - Princess Parties and Events
*Photo Booth from Little Green Booth
*Hot Chocolate and Cookies hosted by the Town's Operations Committee
*Story Telling by the Fire Pit from Cory Howard creator of Campfireball

Word on the North Pole streets is that the Grinch and Buddy the Elf may make an appearance! Their attendance is to be determined. All activities are FREE and weather permitting!

TOWN OF CAROLINA BEACH ISLAND OF LIGHTS CHRISTMAS PARADE - FRIDAY, DECEMBER 3RD, 2021!

Please join us for the Carolina Beach Island of Lights Christmas Parade on Friday, December 3rd, 7:30 p.m.

The parade will begin at Atlanta Ave. and end at Federal Point Shopping Center (Publix).

Road closures and detours associated with the parade are as follows:
•Lake Park Blvd. from Fayetteville Ave. to Spartanburg Ave. will have intermittent closings 5:00 p.m – 7:00- p.m. while participants line up for the parade.
•Lake Park Blvd. between Town Hall/Dollar General to Spartanburg Ave. will be completely closed to traffic starting at 7:00 p.m. and will re-open after the parade is complete.
•During the parade, all traffic will be detoured onto Dow Rd. and Ocean Blvd.
Grab a chair, some hot cocoa, and enjoy! The weather is going to perfect for the parade!
