Three lenders told him no. Two agents walked away.
He owned a business, had the money, and still couldn't get anyone to figure out the file. That's the reality for a lot of self-employed buyers. The income is real, it just doesn't fit in the box most people are trained to look at.
Bank statement loan. Brownsburg. $335,000. Funded.
Victor stayed in it when it would have been easier not to. My team at Rate worked every hurdle. And the client never once lost sight of the house he wanted.
When somebody wants it that bad, I'm going to match that energy.
Business owners are the backbone of this country, and the mortgage world makes it unnecessarily hard on them. Not here.
