As we wrap up another busy month, I wanted to share a story that’s a reminder of why we do what we do. 🏡✨
A couple of months ago, we received a referral for a family who had just been told they had two months to move out of their rental home. They didn’t have money saved for a down payment, weren’t sure homeownership was even possible, and honestly it felt like they were defeated before the process even started.
But they still took the first step and filled out an application. 💻 From there, we got to work.

They worked incredibly hard paying things down and cleaning things up, and with a rapid rescore, we were able to get their scores where they needed to be. 📈
